Vuokravälineet

• Peruutus yli 24 tuntia ennen vuokra-ajan alkua: maksu palautetaan kokonaan.

• Peruutus alle 24 tuntia ennen vuokra-ajan alkua: veloitamme yhden vuorokauden vuokran.

• Noutamaton varaus: veloitamme varauksen kokonaisuudessaan.

Kesken jäänyt vuokraus

Jos palautat välineet ennen vuokra-ajan päättymistä, käyttämätöntä aikaa ei hyvitetä. Poikkeuksena lääkärintodistuksella osoitettu tapaturma, jolloin hyvitämme käyttämättömät vuorokaudet.

Huoltopalvelut

Aloitettua huoltotyötä ei voi peruuttaa. Peruutus ennen työn aloittamista on maksuton.

Sääolosuhteet

Hiihtokeskuksen tai Bike Parkin ollessa suljettuna olosuhteiden vuoksi hyvitämme käyttämättömän vuokra-ajan tai siirrämme varauksen.

Palautukset

Palautukset maksetaan alkuperäiselle maksuvälineelle. Käsittelyaika on tyypillisesti 5–10 pankkipäivää.

Cancellation and refund terms

Rental equipment

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the rental period starts: the payment is refunded in full.

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the rental period starts: we charge one day's rent.

• Booking not picked up: we charge the booking in full.

Rental ended early: if you return the equipment before the end of the rental period, unused time is not refunded. The exception is an accident confirmed by a medical certificate, in which case we refund the unused days.

Service work: service work that has been started cannot be cancelled. Cancelling before the work starts is free of charge.

Weather conditions: if the ski resort or Bike Park is closed due to conditions, we refund the unused rental period or move the booking.

Refunds are paid to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 banking days.
