Rukakeskus Oy käsittelee vuokrausasiakkaidensa henkilötietoja tässä selosteessa kuvatulla tavalla.

1. Rekisterinpitäjä

2. Mitä tietoja keräämme

• Yhteystiedot: nimi, sähköposti, puhelinnumero.

• Varaus- ja tilaustiedot: vuokratut välineet, vuokra-aika, noutopaikka, maksutiedot.

• Välineiden sovitustiedot: pituus, paino, kengän ja monon koko, kokemustaso, lautalaskutyyli. Näitä tarvitaan siteiden säätöarvojen määrittämiseen ja oikean välinekoon valintaan.

3. Käyttötarkoitus ja peruste

Tietoja käytetään vuokrasopimuksen täyttämiseen, välineiden turvalliseen sovittamiseen, asiakaspalveluun ja lakisääteisten velvoitteiden hoitamiseen. Käsittelyn peruste on sopimuksen täytäntöönpano ja lakisääteinen velvoite. Markkinointiviestintä lähetetään vain suostumuksella.

4. Säilytysaika

Varaustietoja säilytetään kirjanpitolain edellyttämä aika. Sovitustiedot säilytetään asiakassuhteen ajan, jotta seuraava vuokraus on nopeampi; ne poistetaan pyynnöstä.

5. Tietojen luovutus

Tietoja käsitellään vuokrausjärjestelmän ja maksunvälittäjän toimesta rekisterinpitäjän puolesta. Tietoja ei myydä eikä luovuteta markkinointitarkoituksiin.

6. Oikeutesi

Sinulla on oikeus tarkastaa itseäsi koskevat tiedot, oikaista virheelliset tiedot, pyytää tietojen poistoa, rajoittaa käsittelyä, vastustaa käsittelyä sekä siirtää tiedot. Voit myös peruuttaa markkinointisuostumuksen milloin tahansa. Pyynnöt: [email protected].

Privacy policy

Rukakeskus Oy processes the personal data of its rental customers as described in this policy.

1. Controller: Rukakeskus Oy, Rukatunturi, Kuusamo. Data protection enquiries: [email protected].

2. What data we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone number.

• Booking and order details: rented equipment, rental period, pick-up location, payment details.

• Equipment fitting details: height, weight, shoe and boot size, skill level, snowboard stance. These are needed to set binding release values and to choose the right equipment size.

3. Purpose and legal basis: the data is used to fulfil the rental agreement, to fit equipment safely, for customer service and to meet statutory obligations. The legal basis is performance of a contract and legal obligation. Marketing messages are sent only with consent.

4. Retention: booking data is kept for the period required by the Accounting Act. Fitting details are kept for the duration of the customer relationship so that your next rental is faster; they are deleted on request.

5. Disclosure: the data is processed by the rental system and the payment provider on behalf of the controller. The data is not sold or disclosed for marketing purposes.

6. Your rights: you have the right to access your data, rectify incorrect data, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing and to data portability. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. Requests: [email protected].
